We defend railroads in claims and lawsuits filed by railroad employees claiming personal injury under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”).  We have a proven track record of defense verdicts in complex FELA cases, including two admitted-liability cases tried in the Northern District of Indiana.  After defense verdicts in federal court, we have assisted our railroad clients in the recovery of thousands of dollars of litigation costs from the plaintiffs.
