Tyler Hettmansberger is a paralegal specializing in civil litigation and appellate matters, providing support to attorneys in all stages of complex cases. Since joining the legal field in 2024, Tyler has developed expertise in legal research, drafting pleadings and appellate briefs, managing case files, preparing for trial, and coordinating client communications. His thorough approach ensures that attorneys are well-prepared and that cases progress efficiently from inception to resolution.
Strategic Case Preparation
In civil litigation, Tyler assists with the preparation of motions, discovery requests, and trial exhibits, helping the legal team build strong, evidence-based arguments. In appellate work, he contributes to the drafting of appellate briefs, reviewing case law, and ensuring all filings meet stringent procedural requirements. His attention to detail and organizational skills consistently support successful outcomes and smooth case management.
Beyond the Office
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University, where he was involved in Purdue University Dance Marathon, a student-led initiative raising funds for Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, music, and spending time with his family in Zionsville, Indiana.
