Tom has assisted both businesses and individuals in civil and criminal litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts. Tom has also acted as outside general counsel and provides business and corporate advice to both for-profit and non-profit entities. In addition to his extensive civil and criminal work, he is a registered civil mediator in the State of Indiana.
Extensive Experience
Tom has represented clients in diverse industries, including publishing, construction, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and motor sports. With the skills obtained from earning his accounting degree from Marian College, and working as an accountant for several years prior to law school, he is able to readily advise clients on general business law as well as civil and criminal tax matters. Tom is licensed to practice in Indiana and California and has represented clients in proceedings in numerous other jurisdictions.
Beyond the Law
Tom is an avid golfer and can be regularly found on the courses around Indianapolis.
