Advocate in High-Stakes Matters
From her years at a large Indianapolis firm to founding her own practice in 2013, Jaimie has built her reputation on being the attorney clients call when the stakes are high and the path forward isn’t clear. She has successfully argued before the Indiana Supreme Court and represented clients at every level of Indiana’s trial courts. As a Certified Family Law Specialist, she learned to navigate emotionally charged disputes with strategic precision, a skill that serves business clients exceptionally well when partnerships fracture, contracts are disputed, or companies face litigation.
Jaimie’s mediation practice sharpened her ability to find common ground and broker agreements that last. In business law, this translates to negotiations that preserve valuable relationships, transactions that close efficiently, and litigation strategies that keep business objectives front and center.
Jaimie is drawn to business law for the same reason she was drawn to family law: the opportunity to be there when it matters most. Whether clients are forming their first LLC, navigating a business dispute, or contemplating an acquisition, they need an attorney who sees beyond the immediate legal question to understand their larger goals and who has the courtroom experience to protect those goals if negotiation isn’t enough.
Extensive Experience
Jaimie advises clients in business litigation, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and family law mediations. She guides entrepreneurs and businesses through complex transactions and disputes with practical, strategic advice.
Education and Recognition
She earned her J.D. with honors from George Washington University Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude in Legal Studies from Indiana State University. In 2025, she completed a Master’s in Data Science from Indiana University. Jaimie has been recognized as a Super Lawyer (2023–2026) and a Rising Star (2015–2022).
Beyond the Law
Jaimie volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem with Kids’ Voice of Indiana and mentors with the Fishers Youth Initiative. A lifelong Hoosier, she lives in Fishers with her husband, two children, and two Boston Terriers. She enjoys Indiana sports, casual running, and family cruises.
