Erik guides clients through a wide range of business law matters, including entity strategy and formation, crafting of customized operating and buy/sell agreements, day-to-day contractual advice, and management of employment risks. He has experience in buying and selling businesses (mergers and acquisitions), and has overseen and negotiated multi-million-dollar transactions for his clients across a wide range of industries. Erik is equally skilled in litigation and regularly represents his clients in disputes involving fraud, contract breaches, construction matters, and employment claims.
