Litigation Paralegal
Blaire Duncan is a litigation paralegal with experience in civil litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense. Since entering the legal field in 2024, she has supported attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case development and discovery through mediation and trial preparation. Her background also includes law office administration and practice management, with experience coordinating cases, client communications, deadlines, records, and day-to-day firm operations.
Discovery, Investigation & Client Advocacy
Blaire is a hands-on paralegal who brings a strategic and investigative approach to discovery. She is skilled at identifying critical details, uncovering inconsistencies, recognizing connections across documents and evidence, and determining where further investigation may be needed. She approaches complex factual records with an eye toward not only what the evidence shows, but also what may be missing, while anticipating the information, issues, and preparation a case may require as it develops.
That same proactive approach carries into her work with clients. Blaire believes effective advocacy begins with understanding the person behind the case and ensuring clients never feel like file numbers. She is passionate about helping clients pursue justice and brings both tenacity and empathy to the work required to get them there.
Before entering the legal field, Blaire held leadership roles before spending a decade in the local luxury automotive industry and later becoming a licensed insurance producer. Her broad professional background provides extensive experience working directly with clients, handling sensitive and confidential information, navigating complex problems, and anticipating needs beyond the question immediately being asked. Those skills continue to shape the way she approaches both clients and casework today.
Beyond the Office
Blaire’s interest in the law extends well beyond the workday. An avid reader, she enjoys studying notable trials, case strategy, and the investigative work behind complex legal matters. Outside of the law, Blaire is a lifelong car enthusiast and self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants, live music, interior design, and spending time outdoors. Above all, she values time with her large, close-knit family and her beloved cats, Dave and Tim.
Blaire is also passionate about giving back to her community. Her volunteer and charitable interests span a variety of causes, with a particular focus on supporting children and families experiencing food insecurity in the greater Indianapolis area.
